On January 7^th, 2025, we hosted an online webinar titled “TTP Diagnostics – Preventing a Fragmented Approach.” This educational event was designed for healthcare professionals involved in the diagnosis, testing, and management of Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura (TTP).

The webinar featured presentations from leading experts: Dr. Matthew Stubbs, a consultant haematologist at UCLH, provided an overview of TTP, including its pathophysiology. Deepak Singh, the haemostasis laboratory lead at HSL, then discussed the crucial role of laboratory testing in TTP diagnosis. Finally, Sabina McCann, a Senior Biomedical Scientist, led an interactive case discussion to enhance understanding. The webinar was well-attended, with over 190 participants.
