Refunds & Returns

Overview

We understand that sometimes you order something and change your mind or during delivery items may be damaged due to no fault of you own, and so you may wish to return or exchange or get a refund. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. If an item has obvious signs of use, or a refund is requested after the 30 day window has passed. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and applied automatically to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to arrive. If the refund is delayed, please contact your credit card company or bank for confirmation. If you have done this and still haven’t received the refund, please email us at [email protected]

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us through email; [email protected], quoting your order number and the item you’d like instead. We will send you return instructions. 

We will only replace items that are defective or damaged. Please email us at [email protected] for further instructions.

Shipping returns

Shipping address to send your returns to will be provided once you start the return process. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

When returning item, please consider using a trackable shipping service, so if any issues arise, we can check the tracking information.
