
The image shows two neutrophils with a reduced number of nuclear lobes that are usually described as being like glasses. Normal neutrophils have 3-5 lobes. They can be seen in Pelger-Huët anomaly. Pseudo Pelger-Huët cells are also seen in haematological conditions such as MDS.

There was a typo: “Normal lymphocytes have 3-5 lobes.” It should be: “Normal neutrophils have 3-5 lobes.”
