This week's Morphology Monday comes from a 6 year old child who has been experiencing chronic anaemia with intermittent jaundice. The child’s parents reported episodes of fatigue, irritability, and poor growth compared to siblings. There’s also a history of neonatal jaundice requiring phototherapy.
The child presented with pallor and mild scleral icterus. Splenomegaly was noted on examination.

Total Bilirubin: Elevated (predominantly indirect)
