Morphology Monthly case studies and self-assessment modules provide completion certificates intended to support self-certified CPD portfolios. Only Cells LTD does not guarantee that completion of these modules automatically satisfies the statutory or mandatory training requirements of any specific professional regulator, hospital trust, or accrediting body. Learners are responsible for ensuring that their recorded CPD aligns with their institution’s standards.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the website, design architecture, text, micrographs, illustrations, enamel pin designs, and bespoke software tools belong to Only Cells LTD or its contributors. You may access, view, and complete individual interactive case studies for non-commercial educational use. You may not scrape, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any case materials, image banks, or code without prior written consent from Only Cells LTD.
4. E-Commerce & Third-Party Platforms
Merchandise transactions (including the purchase of enamel pins, mugs, and apparel) are conducted through our verified shopfront on Etsy. Such purchases are governed by Etsy’s respective Terms of Use and payment policies. Only Cells LTD is not responsible for third-party site availability, payment processing disruptions, or checkout terms outside our direct control.
5. Limitation of Liability
