Terms of sale
These terms apply when you buy from the Only Cells shop at onlycells.co.uk. They sit alongside our terms of service and privacy policy.
Who we are
Only Cells LTD, a company registered in England and Wales. Contact: shop@onlycells.co.uk.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. Prices shown in other currencies are a guide only. If you choose to pay in another currency on the payment page, Stripe converts the price at its own rate and shows you the amount before you pay. Payments are taken by Stripe (card, Apple Pay and Google Pay). We never see or store your card number. Your contract with us is made when we email to confirm your order.
Postage and delivery
We post with Royal Mail. Postage is worked out from the weight of your order and shown before you pay. Delivery times are estimates. Orders going outside the UK may be charged import taxes or fees by the destination country, which the customer pays. Items marked as made to order (such as printed mugs) are made after you order and take longer to send.
Returns and refunds
You can return items within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging. Contact us first so we can help. You pay the cost of posting a return to us, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. Once it arrives we refund the item and the original postage (at the cheapest standard rate we offered) within 14 days. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel an order for goods within 14 days of receiving them. Items made to order or personalised for you can only be returned if they are faulty. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 30 days and we will replace or refund it.
Online courses
A course gives one person access for 12 months from purchase, on any device. Because a course is digital content that starts straight away, you agree when you buy that your 14-day right to cancel ends once you open the course. If you have not opened it, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. Course accounts are personal and must not be shared.
Your account
You can buy as a guest or with an account. With an account you can see your orders, keep delivery addresses and save cards (cards are kept by Stripe, not by us). You can change or remove these at any time on your account page.
Problems
If something goes wrong, email us first and we will do our best to put it right. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in them affects your legal rights as a consumer.
